Meet Mark Speranza he is a true hospitality pro, starting his early career in restaurants and moving over to the hotel industry as he progressed and is currently working at the Dylan Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. He has built a career in the heart of New York City, and it has been a crazy ride for him, with over 30 years going through New York's blackouts, 911, and a country at war.
Over the years Mark has grown a deep love of the hotel industry, for its fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere from celebrity guests (yes that is Emeril Lagasse in his cover photo on the podcast!) to American Idol auditions being held at his hotel, there is never a dull moment for him.
