Nathan Brass is the General Manager of Blowers and Grafton on Whyte Ave here in Edmonton. The concept is a cool pub-style atmosphere with a twist - Halifax street food. This was the first conversation I had with Nathan about hospitality in which we talked about his journey in the industry, what inspires him, and his perspective of leading through COVID. Nathan is also a musician which I loved talking about. Music can really change a lot about how we see the world. I truly believe that hobbies and things we find to keep our hearts happy are life-changing.
